When do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any purchase activity within your account will reset the expiry window for all your points.
How does the tier point multiplier work?
Every tier above Bronze multiplies the points you earn per rupee spent. For example, a Platinum member earns 2× points, so a purchase that would normally earn 5 points earns 10 points instead.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes — points rewards can be combined with sitewide discount codes. However, they cannot be combined with other reward redemptions in the same order.
How long does it take for purchase points to appear?
Points from a completed order appear in your account within 24–48 hours after your order is delivered and the return window has passed.
Do I keep my tier status if I return a product?
Returns may affect your tier status as they reduce your annual spend. However, you keep your current tier benefits until the end of the year.
How is my annual tier calculated?
Your tier is based on your total spend from January 1 to December 31. Status is confirmed and benefits apply for the following calendar year.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
